About Gary Kreep…

Gary Kreep is an attorney, consumer advocate, and spokesman for Restoring Justice US.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. Gary has the distinction of being admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California and has represented cases before the United States Supreme Court. Recognizing his commitment to justice, the people of California elected him as a State Superior Court Judge, a role he served from 2013 to 2019.

In the political realm, Gary was part of the California Delegations in 1972 and 1976, supporting the iconic Ronald Reagan at the Republican National Conventions.

One of his most significant legal contributions came as the lead trial and appellate attorney in the landmark case, In Re Rachel L. This case was pivotal in legalizing home schooling in California.
