El Paso TX, Despite the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agents having a record number of encounters at the southern border this year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is showing a record low number of arrests and deportations. ICE’s Fiscal Year 2021 Annual Report showed the lowest number of deportations in more than a decade.
