A minimum of 5 people are dead and more than 40 injured after an SUV broke through a barricade and plowed through people in a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Sunday (November 21, 2021). Why would anyone kill that many men, women, and children that they don’t even know? Did this tragedy have anything to do with the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict rendered 55 miles away in Kenosha, Wisconsin, two days earlier? Or was it a geographical coincidence? - Michael, in criminal investigations, the motive is paramount. What would motivate a person to commit an unprovoked mass murder like this?
