Roe v. Wade is apparently reversed, in part by Two Amicus Curiae Briefs filed by The Justice Foundation Attorney Allan Parker

The Dobbs case from Mississippi has apparently reversed the landmark Roe vs. Wade decision ‘legalizing’ abortions, per a leaked majority opinion verified by Chief Justice Roberts as legitimate but not ‘final.’

Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, filed two Amicus Curiae Briefs in the Dobbs case and is available for interviews to discuss the likely reversal of Roe.

One Amicus Curiae Brief filed by Allan Parker was on behalf of Hannah S., the first former frozen embryo to file an Amicus Curiae Brief at the Supreme Court, and her adoptive parents, John and Marlene S. In this remarkable filing, the High Court was able to see that life begins at conception as the frozen embryo was a human being who is now in her 20s. No blob of tissue, as some believed in 1973 when Roe was determined. Instead, Hannah H. is a living, breathing human being.

Allan Parker filed a second Amicus Curiae Brief as an attorney for Melinda Thybault, the Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition, acting on behalf of over 500,000 Signers of The Moral Outcry Petition and 2,249 Women Injured by Abortion.

Between the two briefs and other considerations, the majority of Supreme Court justices appear to be set to overturn Roe vs. Wade. Mr. Parker stated, “I represent The Moral Outcry Petition, 2,249 Women Injured By Abortion and a former frozen embryo. The fact that Roe v. Wade is going to be reversed should surprise no one.  It has been the most controversial and unacceptable decision in American history. This is good news.”

“It is time to stop the killing of children and the injuring of women which includes ‘devastating psychological consequences,’ perPlanned Parenthood v. Casey.  Now in all fifty states, women can use Safe Haven laws to eliminate the burden of parenting, if they voluntarily choose to do so. Under the Safe Haven law in all states, a woman can safely surrender her child at a designated place within the designated time after birth. Unlike abortion, Safe Haven is free.  If a woman is a low income, every state will pay for her medical bills, including the delivery of the child. She can walk out of the hospital and move on with her life. The baby will be adopted by millions of families waiting to adopt newborns. This will be a great day for America.”

Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, represents Melinda Thybault, the Co-Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition, acting on behalf of over 500,000 Signers. www.themoraloutcry.com. He also represents thousands of women hurt by abortion. Seewww.operationoutcry.org. Mr. Parker represented Norma McCorvey, formerly “Roe” of Roe v. Wade, and Sandra Cano, the “Doe” of Doe v. Bolton., in their efforts to overturn the two landmark cases that brought legalized abortion on demand to America. He has taught at St. Mary’s University School of Law and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Texas and studied International Human Rights at the International Human Rights Institute in Strasbourg, France. He taught International Human Rights at the St. Mary’s Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck,

Austria in 1992.
