Republicans Succeed Keeping Men from Cheating in Women’s Sports (Guest: Kevin Jackson)

Republicans succeeded in killing the absurd notion that men should be allowed to participate in women’s sports. 100% of Republicans voted it down. 100% of Democrats voted to allow men to cream women on the playing field. Our guest is Kevin Jackson, a Black Comedian who finds irony in the issue and thinks it’s absurd that this even had to come up for a vote.

Q&A:

1) Kevin, you cite The Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause requiring states to practice equal protection. How does that play into men playing women’s sports?

Answer: Equal protection forces a state to govern impartially—not draw distinctions between individuals solely on differences that are irrelevant to a legitimate governmental objective, or in this case, a sports objective. We’ve got to keep a level playing field in government and in sports. It’s only fair.

2) You said you have found some irony in this debate, and you’ve referenced Women’s Suffrage. Tell us about that.

Answer: I find it ironic that we are in this battle, after Women’s Suffrage, including Title 9 that should protect women in sports. From a conservative point of view, we have conservative advocates who know we need to protect biological women in competition for a fair fight. Ironically, Liberals are pushing for a non-fair fight.

3) Speaking of fair fights, Elon Musk just admitted to the government having complete access to all private messages send via Twitter. What parallels can we see going on here?

Answer: It’s outright cheating. We’ve all seen people cheat in golf and all sorts of sports, thinking they are above the law or the rules. Many politicians and government bureaucrats don’t seem to believe rules or laws apply to them either.

4) You recently became vice president of content management of WiMKiN, a new social media platform that protects privacy. What kind of features stand out over other social media network sites?

5) Where can people register for WiMKiN and learn more about what it has to offer?
Answer: at wimkin.com and you can download the app at Google Play or the Apple Store.
