Amicus Brief Attorney in Dobbs v. Mississippi Available.
The Dobbs case from Mississippi has played a pivotal role in the possible reversal of the landmark Roe vs. Wade decision ‘legalizing’ abortions, per a leaked majority opinion leaked a couple weeks ago. The nation now awaits the finalized decision anticipated to be released this week.
GUEST AVAILABLE: Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, filed not one but TWO Amicus CuriaeBriefs in the Dobbs case and is available for interviews to discuss the verdict and its impact on Roe.
Between the two briefs and other considerations, the majority of Supreme Court justices appear to be set to overturn Roe vs. Wade. Mr. Parker stated, “I represent The Moral Outcry Petition, 2,249 Women Injured by Abortion and a formerly frozen embryo. The fact that Roe v. Wade is going to be reversed should surprise no one. It has been the most controversial and unacceptable decision in American history. This is good news.”
Black robes are not supposed to function as an exclusive council on keeping the state and society within certain guardrails. America’s judicial system was established to serve one function – interpret the law. Only legislatures at the state and federal levels can make law. This is ideally where the decision for matters like this should reside.
Politicians and abortion activists pretend that Roe v Wade is constitutional law, but it is not. The Constitution does not say one thing about abortion, this is a matter for legislators and citizens to decide what’s in the best interest of their states, not judges.
AMICUS ONE: One Amicus Curiae Brief filed by Allan Parker was on behalf of Hannah S., the first former frozen embryo to file an Amicus Curiae Brief at the Supreme Court, and her adoptive parents, John and Marlene S. In this remarkable filing, the High Court was able to see that life begins at conception as the frozen embryo was a human being who is now in her 20s. No blob of tissue, as believed in 1973 when Roe was determined. Instead, Hannah H. is a living, breathing human being.
AMICUS TWO: Allan Parker filed a second Amicus Curiae Brief as an attorney for Melinda Thybault, the Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition, acting on behalf of over 500,000 Signers of The Moral Outcry Petition and 2,249 Women Injured by Abortion.
GUEST: Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, represents Melinda Thybault, the Co-Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition, acting on behalf of over 500,000 Signers. www.themoraloutcry.com. He also represents thousands of women hurt by abortion. See www.operationoutcry.org. Mr. Parker represented Norma McCorvey, formerly “Roe” of Roe v. Wade, and Sandra Cano, the “Doe” of Doe v. Bolton., in their efforts to overturn the two landmark cases that brought legalized abortion on demand to America.
