No Perpetrators Prosecuted at 1-Year Anniversary of Pro-abortion Kristallnacht Firebombing Buffalo Pregnancy Center

CompassCare CEO Jim Harden reflects on the crime, and wonders why more hasn’t been done in terms of arrests, even with the suspects caught on video.

June 7, 2023, marks the one-year anniversary of a brutal attack on a CompassCare location in Buffalo, New York, which was firebombed. The attack caused half a million dollars in damage, as well as injuries to two firefighters. The attack inaugurated the pro-abortion Kristallnacht.

CompassCare CEO, Rev. Jim Harden explained more about this terminology: “Kristallnacht became the tipping point of violence against the Jewish community in 1938 Germany. This was because of a lack of public outcry by the political elite and their refusal to denounce the violence. The pro-abortion violence continues today, exacerbated by the complicity of federal law enforcement and pro-abortion politicians in charge of the Democrat party.”

The events immediately surrounding the firebombing of CompassCare are as follows:

  • On May 16, 2022, Google removed all of CompassCare’s business listings, preventing both patients and supporters from finding any of CompassCare’s NY offices.
  • On May 25, CompassCare alerted local law enforcement to threats made by pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge and increased aggressive attempts to rally lewd and graphic protestors at CompassCare’s Buffalo office. At this time, CompassCare submitted a formal complaint to the FBI.
  • On June 7, approximately an hour before the 2:30 AM (ET) firebombing, Google reinstated CompassCare’s Google and Google Maps listings.
  • On June 13, NY Governor Kathy Hochul signed a bill to investigate, not the arsonists, but pro-life organizations like CompassCare, dehumanizing pro-life people, calling them “Neanderthals.”
  • On June 15, likely emboldened by Hochul’s response, the Maoist Antifa group, Jane’s Revenge, took responsibility for the firebombing of CompassCare as the fulfillment of their 30-day ultimatum for pro-life entities to shut down which was published after the firebombing of a Madison, WI pro-life organization.

And what’s more, suspects were caught on video during the firebombing. The local police (Amherst Police Department), under the direction of the FBI, refused to return CompassCare’s private video surveillance of the attack, subjecting both to potential litigation. The footage was only returned after CompassCare won a lawsuit against the Amherst Police Department in April, 2023. As such, prosecutions should be levied against not only Maoist Antifa terrorists, but all parties associated with denying equal protection under the law to their victims—including, but not limited to, Sedition, Treason, RICO, Money Laundering, and violations of the 3rd KKK Act of 1871.

Yet, in spite of all this, no convictions of the two arsonists have been made, nor have there been any arrests from the over 300 attacks on pro-life centers that have followed.

This, combined with the recent investigations by the DOJ, FBI, and DHS surrounding pro-abortion extremists in targeting Christian, pro-life leaders, pregnancy centers, and even moms, have led to questions on whether or not justice is truly balanced in this matter.

Harden joins us now to discuss it further.

Q&A:

  1. What do you make of a full year passing with no arrests made, despite the evidence given to law enforcement?
  2. Why do you believe the FBI and other justice departments have been so slow to act when it comes to arresting suspects in this matter?
  3. One law enforcement agent was rumored to have said the reason no arrests were made was because of concerns that if a pro-abortion suspect were in jail, a pro-lifer might come in and kill him. Is there any credence to this?
  4. You noted how over 300 acts of this type haven’t seen any sort of investigation, while any sort of attacks on and that federal law enforcement is actually attacking pro-life people as well. Why do you think this is the case?
  5. What is the goal of Antifa groups like Jane’s Revenge, and what do they have to gain from attacking pro-life pregnancy centers?
  6. Where do you see the “battle for abortion” going in the months ahead?
  7. What can people do to protect pro-life people from violence and government censorship and attacks?

They can go to ProtectProLifeChristians.com to demand that your State Attorney General fulfill the oath to enforce the law equally, indicting members of pro-abortion Antifa for crimes targeting law-abiding pro-life citizens.
