International Cangaroo Court (Guest: Robert Davi or Dov Lipman)

ICC Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu Reveal Mob of Marsupials

A group of Kangaroos is referred to as a “mob”. The term is fitting for the International Criminal Court, which is also being run by a mob… of Cangaroos. Nonetheless, MSNBC and CNN will likely try to act as if this is a credible court and sway the opinion of Americans against Trump and Israel, as usual.

On October 7th, Hamas parachuted into Israel. These terrorists attacked innocent civilians at a festival. It then proceeded to capture, rape, torture, mutilate, kidnap, and murder more than 1000 innocent people. Since then, Hamas continues murdering citizens in Gaza while using them as human shields and committing genocide against its own citizens.

Yet today we learn that the International Criminal Court (ICC) revealed itself as a mob of marsupials who are so hopping mad that they have issued arrest warrants for leaders of a nation that is literally killing terrorists, some of which have warrants out for their arrest, by the ICC. However, Israel has already exterminated two of them. The leader of the mob is Karim Ahmad Khan, who has been the ICC prosecutor since 2021, and has created a side show that is far less than serious.

Contrast the atrocities committed by Hamas with what Israel has attempted to do. Back in May, Khan requested arrest warrants for three Hamas leaders, presumably as an attempt to demonstrate a fair and balanced approach. However, since that time, Khan has had to withdraw two of those requests. Why? Well, because Israel killed them.

The irony in the actions of the International Criminal Court (ICC) becomes clear when we contrast their pursuit of Israeli leaders with their handling of Hamas. While Israel is responding to an attack of unprecedented brutality from Hamas terrorists—who slaughtered over 1,000 innocent civilians and continue to use Gaza’s own residents as human shields—the ICC, under prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan, has issued arrest warrants for Israeli leaders. This is despite the fact that Israel’s actions have been in direct retaliation against a terrorist group with its own track record of violence, including the kidnapping and killing of civilians.

This hypocrisy is not only baffling but deeply troubling. Back in May, Khan tried to balance the scales by requesting arrest warrants for three Hamas leaders, likely to create the illusion of impartiality. But his efforts were in vain. Israel acted swiftly and decisively, eliminating two of those very leaders that Khan sought to arrest. This raises a critical question: if the ICC is so determined to hold Israel accountable for its actions in this conflict, why is there no immediate or sustained effort to hold Hamas accountable for its own genocidal actions?

The ICC’s actions show it as more than just an institution pursuing justice; it has become part of a political theater, one that seems more concerned with its own image than with upholding any true standards of justice. With leaders like Karim Khan at the helm, the ICC is no longer a serious body but rather a symbol of moral inconsistency and selective justice, much like a “mob of marsupials” hopping to conclusions without consideration for the reality of the situation at hand.
