Israel KILLS Terrorist Commander (Guest: David Rubin and Mark Biltz)

West Bank Raid is Deadliest since Gaza War

After Hamas struck just a few days prior with missiles and drones, Israel appears to be pushing back hard with raids targeting militants.

A new report reveals that the Israeli military have been victorious thus far in this push, killing five key Hamas soldiers – including a local commander. It’s the latest push by the country, and possibly the deadliest military operation since the Gaza war kicked off back in October of last year.

The raids, according to the Israeli military, are an effort to prevent further attacks by Hamas. However, Palestinians believe this could be “widening” the war between the two countries, and possibly escalate the situation even further.

Antonio Guterres, secretary general of the United Nations, believes that Israel may be pushing too hard. “These dangerous developments are fueling an already explosive situation in the occupied West Bank and further undermining the Palestinian Authority,” he said.

But would such raids be necessary in an effort for Israel to stop the war with Hamas once and for all?

Helping us answer this question is David Rubin, former mayor of Shiloh, Israel, and Founder of the Shiloh Israel Children’s Fund. Welcome, Mayor Rubin.

Also available for interview is Mark Biltz, author and pastor for El Shaddai Ministries. We welcome our guest to the show!

Q&A:

  1. What do you think about Israel’s West Bank raids, and how they appear to be targeting key militants in Hamas’ campaign?
  2. Do you believe these raids could help turn the tide in Israel’s favor? Or could Hezbollah and Iran potentially retaliate with an even bigger strike?
  3. What do you think about Guterres believing that the strikes may be too devastating for their own good? Isn’t such a military push necessary for Israel to gain an advantage over Hamas?
  4. Where do you see the Israel/Hamas conflict going in the months ahead? Could it possibly turn even more in Israel’s favor with these strikes?
