The American Civil Liberties Union, as expect, filed a lawsuit in federal court challenging Biden’s recent executive action that allegedly will slow illegal immigration. But since the Biden administration has ignored the overwhelming increase in border crossing during his time in office, few took the move seriously. In fact, a number of conservatives predicted an ACLU lawsuit that would stop the effort.
The constant flow of future Democrats into this country, quickly dependent upon the government which gladly provides for the unvetted masses, has increased every year under the Biden administration. But with immigration jumping to the top of list of issues for voters, and a November election right around the corner, Joe Biden needed to appear tough.
