International Court of Clowns (Guest: Mark Biltz)

ICC Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu and Defense Minister Reveal a Court Jester

Let’s get this straight. On October 7th, Hamas parachuted into Israel. These terrorists attacked innocent civilians at a festival. It then proceeded to capture, rape, torture, mutilate, kidnap, and murder more than 1000 innocent people. Since then, Hamas continues murdering citizens in Gaza while using them as human shields and committing genocide against its own citizens.

Yet today we learn that the International Criminal Court (ICC) revealed itself as a bunch of court jesters employed for the entertainment of the Arabic and Muslim royals, who hate the Jews and hate Israel. The leader of the jesters is Karim Ahmad Khan, who has been the ICC prosecutor since 2021, could be trying to cover up some of his own hijinks, says Mark Biltz, head of El Shaddai Ministries and author of the new book America at War 2024-2026.

“Karin Khan is just trying to deflect from the investigation of alleged sexual misconduct committed by him,” Biltz says, “That’s enough to make any Court Jester dance all the more.”

Contrast the atrocities committed by Hamas with what Israel has attempted to do. Back in May, Khan requested arrest warrants for three Hamas leaders, presumably as an attempt to demonstrate a fair and balanced approach. However, since that time, Khan has had to withdraw two of those requests. Why? Well, because Israel killed them.

“Issuing arrest warrants for dead people is not what I would call ‘fair and balanced’,” Biltz said. “These warrants for Netanyahu and ex-Defense Minister Yoav Gallant are not serious,” says Biltz, “They are simply another in a long line of lame attempts to get Israel to negotiate for a two-state solution, which is really meant to be a step toward a one-state solution in which Israel no longer exists.”

“That is not going to happen, no matter WHAT the International Cangaroo Court says,” Biltz insists.

  1. Mark, you’ve been very critical of the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding the recent arrest warrants for Israeli leaders. Can you explain why you see this as a “court of jesters”?
  2. You mentioned that the ICC prosecutor, Karim Ahmad Khan, may be attempting to deflect from his own alleged misconduct. Could you elaborate on how his personal issues might influence his actions regarding Israel?
  3. In your opinion, what does the ICC’s decision to issue arrest warrants for Israeli leaders say about their approach to justice, particularly in the context of Hamas’ actions in Gaza?
  4. You argue that the ICC’s attempts to issue arrest warrants for dead Hamas leaders undermine their credibility. Can you explain why you think this shows a lack of seriousness in their approach?
