The law enforcement veteran and InVest USA founder discusses the increase in protests, and how much worse the situation can get.
Anti-Israel protests have been growing in numbers over the past few weeks, particularly on college campuses. And now it’s getting to the point where things are getting out of hand.
Hundreds of students and faculty members have been arrested during these protests, which have also seen acts of destruction of property, including the spraying of graffiti. As a result, police officers who have already been stretched beyond their limit by depleted budgets and an increase in migrants coming into the country have been pushed beyond their limits.
Sadly, there doesn’t appear to be any end in sight for these ongoing protests. So what happens now?
Joining us to discuss this further is Michael Letts, a law enforcement veteran with over 30 years of experience under his belt. - Why do you think so many people are protesting against Israel, anyway?
- People do have a right to protest, but are many of these students going too far? Especially when it comes to criminal acts like destruction of property?
- Now it appears that these protests are affecting how these campuses are run, with some turning to online teaching. How will this affect how some people learn as a result?
