Harris Slams Trump Administration for Withdrawing from Iran Nuclear Deal

In Tuesday night’s debate, Harris criticized the current administration’s decision two years ago to pull out of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, which she said “has put in a position where we are less safe because they’re building up what might end up being a significant nuclear arsenal.”

“We were in that deal with friends and allies…and because of Donald Trump’s unilateral approach to foreign policy coupled with his isolationism, he pulled us out and…and made America less safe,” she added.

According to David Rubin The Iran deal was a disaster for Israel, and the Trump administration was right to pull of the deal with Iran. The reasons seem clear. The Iran deal provided the radical Muslim regime with $1.7 billion in cash, which they have used to finance their terrorist surrogates, like Hamas and Hezbollah.

What Harris didn’t seem to understand or acknowledge, is that Israelis all across the political spectrum were against the Obama-Biden deal with Iran. One cannot be pro-Israel and supportive of that horrible deal.

“Kamala Harris is as ignorant as Biden about the reality in the Middle East,” said Rubin. “Iran has continued building their nuclear bomb program because of the deal that Biden engineered, which doesn’t demand proper inspection of their nuclear facilities. Those multiple facilities should have all been closed down, not have limited inspection in some facilities.”

Here to explain is David Rubin, former mayor of Shiloh, Israel, and author of the book, “Trump and the Jews.”

Q&A:

Kamala Harris has praised Biden’s involvement in pushing through the Iran deal, while Trump and Pence have fiercely criticized it. Is Kamala right?

Trump and Pence are right. The Iran deal was a disaster for Israel.

But didn’t it slow down Iran’s nuclear bomb program?

No, Iran has continued building their nuclear bomb program because of the deal that Biden engineered, which doesn’t demand proper inspection of their nuclear facilities. Those multiple facilities should have all been closed down, not have limited inspection in some facilities.

Other than the inspection issue, was it a good deal?

Not at all, the Iran deal provided the radical Muslim regime with $1.7 billion in cash, which they have used to finance their terrorist surrogates, like Hamas and Hezbollah.

You wrote the book, “Trump and the Jews”, which was generally positive about this president. Do most Israelis agree with you that the Iran deal was a disaster for Israel?

Israelis all across the political spectrum were against the Obama-Biden deal with Iran. One cannot be pro-Israel and supportive of that horrible deal.
