The Georgia runoff is upon us to decide who will win the final U.S. Senate seat: Republican Herschell Walker or Democrat Raphael Warnock.
Perhaps the most significant determining factor as to who will win is this: Will a judge allow ballots to be handed out like candy this Saturday, just ten days before the Election?
Our guest is Jake Evans, the attorney who filed an Amicus Brief to stop last-minute temptations toward ballot fraud.
Talking Points:
- For decades most states have had cutoffs on ballots approximately 30 days prior to elections. So what’s the importance of making a change on that now?
- Who likely benefits from the last-minute distribution of ballots?
- As an attorney, what are the most troubling aspects of the Georgia runoffs?
- How important is it to win that final U.S. Senate seat?
- Tell us about your organization, Trailblazer Rising, that educates young voters to snap them out of so-called ‘wokeness.’
- Where may we get more information on Trailblazer Rising or your Amicus Brief?
