Could Israel Find Itself At War With Iran? (Guest: Avi Lipkin)

Israel is under a continuing emergency with intelligence reports of planned terrorist acts. Also, war with Iran could happen at any time….

Joining us is Avi Lipkin, a former translator in the Israeli Prime Minister’s travel office.

Avi is 74 years and has worked as a lecturer in churches and home groups over the last 33 years.

His wife, Rachel, is Egyptian-born Jewish but went through own a Holocaust experience in Egypt with her father and brother incarcerated for two years as a result of the Six Day War.

She has been Avi’s guide to understanding what Islam really is, in that there are many Moslems are well-meaning people, just like Germans, but Islam, like Nazism, are destructive ideologies.

Avi likens this to a war between God and Satan that has been raging for Millenia.

Avi received a three-year jail sentence in Switzerland during the Minaret Initiative, commuted to ten years’ probation and 1000 Swiss Franc fine, for saying Allah is Satan and that Islam is not a religion but rather a criminal psychosis bent on the destruction of the entire human race.

Having roots in Argentina, with grandparents on his mother’s side from Warsaw, Poland and his dad from Ukraine, Avi is multi-cultural, speaking fluent Spanish, as well as English, having been raised in New York.

Avi studied Hebrew in Hebrew school in New York until age 16, and has spoken Hebrew since it is the language of his two sons and nine grandchildren, and Avi has been living in Israel 55 years, since just after the Six Day War in 1967.
