BRACE YOURSELF FOR THE KYLE RITTENHOUSE VERDICT Guest: Michael Letts

As Kenosha braces for the verdict in the Kylie Rittenhouse to be returned by the deliberating jury, protestors continue to amass around the courthouse. As Law Enforcement and National Guard Personnel set up to hopefully contain and shut down any rioting, looting, or violence, the question begs to be answered…..How did we get to this point? What can we learn for the future?

Q&A:

1) Is the Police department at fault for failing to act during the Kenosha Riots on August 25th, 2020?

While the Police Department was acting on “orders” from political office holders….Mayor, City council…. The fact is that First Responders took an oath to uphold the law and protect its citizens. They should never be forced to obey an unlawful stand-down order.

2) Does the Governor have the responsibility in this situation?

Yes, He should have immediately suspended the mayor and council for dereliction of duty, ordered law enforcement’s immediate engagement and called in the National Guard. Then, if that was still not enough, he should have accepted the offer for Federal Assistance from President Trump.

3) What action could be taken when the verdict is announced?

An immediate full deployment of law enforcement and Guard Personnel, along with a 6 pm curfew. Zero tolerance of any unlawful activity.

           4)  What can communities across America do to both support Kenosha and their communities?

Call their local elected officials and insist that any violence, rioting, etc. be dealt with swiftly and forcefully

5) What is InVestUSA doing to help our Law Enforcement and First Responders in situations like these?
