The law enforcement veteran and InVest USA founder explains why more attention should be paid to this report – and actions need to be taken.
There’s been a great deal of concern over the “relaxed” approach to the Border Crisis by the Biden Administration. And the latest Judiciary Committee report explains why there should be even more.
According to the New York Post, the Committee’s latest report made note of a recent incident of four illegal migrants from Venezuela who savagely attacked a Chicago man during a knifepoint robbery – and yet seemed to escape any sort of charges.
Carlos Carreno-Carreno, 20; Wilker Gutierrez Sierra, 21; Fernando Loyo-Rodriguez, 22; and Yonnier Guasamucare-Garcia, 18, were all taken into custody by border officials between 2022 and 2023. However, President Biden and Vice President Harris’ “radical immigration policies” allowed them to be let go.
“The disastrous immigration policies of the Biden-Harris Administration have had real-world consequences for American citizens,” the report notes. “The effects of those policies will be felt for years to come, with criminal aliens in American neighborhoods harming families and hurting public safety across the country.”
However, this past February, these four men were arrested in Chicago following a brutal attack of a 49-year old man on a commuter train. However, it was reported that three of the men had actually been on pretrial release for alleged shoplifting weeks prior – again, thanks to the policies in place by the Biden Administration.
“The Judiciary Committee continues to produce report after report on Kamala Harris’s failed border policies and the horrible crimes that illegal aliens have committed throughout the country, and it’s clear that the ‘Border Czar’ would rather hide from the chaos at the border than fix it,” Judiciary spokesman Russell Dye explained to the post.
Bottom line? “You’re not safe with her in charge.”
