A Candidate For Attorney General of Maryland Is Pushing For an Investigation Against Anthony Fauci and the National Institute of Health For Leading Americans Astray (Guest: Michael Peroutka)

Michael Peroutka continues his campaign for the office of Attorney General for the State of Maryland. He has announced his intention to proceed with an investigation of retiring Chief Medical Advisor to the President of the United States, Anthony Fauci, as well as any questionable legal activities of the National Institute of Health (NIH).

And the reason? Peroutka believes that the statements and actions of Fauci, including medical guidance relied upon by government officials, amount to a fraud on the people of Maryland and a criminal misuse of executive authority.

He also intends to follow up on information and evidence presented by Senator Rand Paul, suggesting that Fauci and others may have personally profited from grants distributed under his authority.

Michael has also noted that should an investigation reveal that state officials have exceeded their lawful authority against God-given, constitutionally protected liberties of Maryland, he will prosecute them to the fullest.

“Any attempt, by any branch of government to enact or enforce anything that violates the constitutionally protected right of the people to make their own medical decisions is worse than a nullity,” Peroutka noted. “No one, under any circumstance, has the authority to violate the Constitution.”

Peroutka joins us now to talk further about this matter, as well as his push for the seat of Attorney General in this fall’s election in Maryland.

Q&A:

  1. Why do you believe Anthony Fauci violated his oath of office when it came to the information he provided about COVID?
  2. The media seemed to “ruffle some feathers” between what Fauci was saying and what former President Donald Trump said about COVID. Why do you believe Fauci is more to blame?
  3. How does the National Institute of Health play a role in this situation?
  4. You noted that the situation seems to be running into “overreach,” beyond the law. Can you explain this further? How exactly did it violate the Constitution?
  5. How do you think the COVID situation should’ve been handled from the beginning, since you disagree with Fauci’s approach?
  6. How can someone learn more about you and your knowledge of the Constitution, and assist you with getting elected?
