Voters in Georgia are BOYCOTTING Biden’s expected trip to Atlanta. Black Voters Matter co-founder Cliff Albright said Biden and Harris should stay in Washington unless he comes up with a clear plan on advancing voter rights laws.
The voting rights head publicly stated, “We don’t need even more photo ops. We need action.”

1. Why didn’t the White House postpone or cancel this event instead of putting Biden in a difficult position? Georgia just won the national football championship, and there are many issues still unresolved with moving the voting bill forward.
2. The Senate does not have the votes to dismantle the filibuster. Why is Biden being used to push a voting bill and process that will fail? [Dem Senators Manchin, Tester, Sinema, and Kelly are opposed].
3. Should the federal government be able to change voting laws or should this be left to the states to decide?
