Israel Accepts UN Security Council Ceasefire Proposal (Guest: Ronald Stetton)

The United Nations Security Council voted in favor of a draft resolution of a U.S.-backed ceasefire plan but Israel called it “meaningless” though they have reportedly accepted it. Israel’s representative to the UN said the war will not end until all hostages are returned and Hamas’ capabilities are “dismantled.”

14 of the 15 UNSC council members voted in favor of Monday’s resolution, with only Russia abstaining.  Israel is not a member of the UNSC. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is skeptical of the deal, emphasizing Israel remains committed to destroying Hamas.

Our guest is Ronald Stetton, author of the book The Prophet, which details the scriptural connection between much of what we see today across the four corners of the earth. His particular field of study is Islam and the Qur’an and where the Bible foretold much of what we are witnessing today.

Ronald joins us now to discuss the latest and what it means moving forward.

Q&A:

1. Do you believe this deal will be approved by both sides?

2. Can Israel negotiate with Hamas?

3. Many of the articles on the ceasefire resolution note it puts pressure on Israel to stop pursuing Hamas. Does it?

4. Why do you suppose the media never mentions putting pressure on Hamas?

5. Can the Palestinians and Israelis ever live in peace?

6. Do the Hamas terrorists actually follow the Qur’an?

7. Where does Hamas get their anger?

8. Does scripture talk about the events we are seeing today?

About Ron Stetton:

Ronald Stetton is the author of The Prophet, a book that compares and presents the striking differences between the prophetic word written by the biblical prophets versus the recorded testimony of an illiterate man, whose utterances make up the entirety of the Qur’an.

“Destruction has become the cornerstone of community, with rioting and threats of violence being excused as ‘the righteous resistance of an oppressed people,’” Stetton writes. “What one man calls ‘resistance,’ a higher power might see as ‘rebellion.’”

About Ronald Stetton:

Author of “The Prophet,” Stetton offers a riveting perspective on the changing definition of truth in our times, where emotions supersede factual accuracies, creating societal delusions. Ronald’s work asserts that this deviation from reality is a sign of the ‘Last Days’ as per ancient biblical prophecies, offering a compelling analysis of how the world refuses to recognize its Biblical role.
