HUGE GUN-RIGHTS DEMO COOKIN’ First Ever 2nd Amendment March Heading to D.C.
The rise of the Constitutional movement across the United States, sparked by a growing discontent with an arrogant and irresponsible government, has manifested itself in many ways. The latest is a political demonstration shaping up to be the largest of its kind.
Available for interviews is the man behind the mission, Skip Coryell, founder of the forthcoming Second Amendment March—a grassroots organization actively pulling together gun-rights proponents from across the country for a peaceful rendezvous and demonstration on the grounds of the Washington Monument in the nation’s capital.
At a time when the White House and both top seats in Congress are filled with individuals who possess far-left political records, the gun movement has been remarkably resilient, winning key legislative battles in the past year or so at both the federal and state levels. In a key Supreme Court case in Chicago coming up in the first week of March, experts on both sides of the issue expect a victory for the 2nd Amendment there as well.
But, like many Americans concerned about the expansion of government taking place under President Obama, Coryell feels strongly that the time is now to send a message.
“The mission of the Second Amendment March is to galvanize the courage and resolve of Americans,” writes Coryell on the organization’s website SecondAmendmentMarch.com. “It is to petition our elected officials against establishing anti-gun legislation, and to remind America that the Second Amendment is necessary to maintain our right to self defense. It is the one right that protects all others.”
In preparation, leading up to the event on April 19, Coryell’s group will be coordinating smaller scale “satellite” marches at state capitals and major cities across the country. To give your audience an inside track on how to get involved and to gain a common-man, but extremely well-informed, perspective on the gun rights issue and the current political landscape, call Special Guests to book an interview with Skip Coryell—a focused mover and shaker who is no stranger to speaking in front of an audience.
