ISLAMIC LAW TRUMPS THE U.S. CONSTITUTION: Newly Acquired Military Documents on Fort Hood Shooter Revealed a Domestic Enemy Promoted

Image How is it that a man in the United States military was promoted to the rank of major despite his superiors expressing nearly constant concern about his mental state, professionalism, and loyalty to the war effort his country was engaged in? The answer may be getting revealed, albeit slowly.

The saga involving Fort Hood and Major Nidal Malik Hasan continues to develop new twists and turns. The latest is centered around documents that appear to have been leaked, which show that army officials privately expressed great concerns about Hasan but when it came time for formal evaluations and reviews, glowing words were written.

Former Muslim terrorist Walid Shoebat claims to know exactly why it was done. “The west doesn't understand,” he says, “that not only does the Islamic world know all about political correctness but they know exactly how to exploit it.”

Shoebat points to the fact that despite mulitple accounts from colleagues of Hasan that he called the war on terror a “war against Islam”, he continued to get glowing reviews and promotions ending with his final one to major. “The fear that is political correctness,” says Shoebat, “has become so great that even officials in our own military are scared to expose a domestic enemy within their ranks. Not only that but they promoted him.”

According to Shoebat, the story of Hasan is a microcosm of a much bigger problem that exists in all of western society. “Whether it's through political saavy or exploitation of political correctness, the end result is the same. Enemies of the United States are finding their way into positions of power while those who put them there do so out of ignorance or fear.”

The tactic of projection – accusing others of what you are in fact guilty of - is also an extremely common one when it comes to the Islamists' aresnal. People tend to be introspective when labeled with unflattering accusations, often searching for ways to avoid them. “When an Islamist accuses someone of racism while desiring to be part of a movement that seeks to have Islam rule the world, it is projection at its most blatant,” Shoebat said.
