ALLEDGED OBAMA ASSASSIN FACES SENTENCING Fate Rests in Prosecution’s Ability to Prove His Intentions (Rene Sandler is in Eastern Time)

ALLEDGED OBAMA ASSASSIN FACES SENTENCING Fate Rests in Prosecution’s Ability to Prove His Intentions (Rene Sandler is in Eastern Time)

Image After pleading guilty last September to possession of a destructive device, as well as to a related charge of attempted carjacking, 20-year-old Collin McKenzie-Gude of the Bethesda, Maryland, area is preparing to face sentencing in a federal court today.

On the surface, it would seem like a run-of-the-mill news story . . . except that there is a rather high-level dynamic to the case, in which prosecutors have evidence and testimony they believe demonstrate McKenzie-Gude’s intentions to kill Barack Obama back when he was campaigning to be President.

Available for interviews to provide an inside perspective on this story currently gripping the Washington area is high-profile attorney, Rene Sandler—a key role player in the case as the counsel for 19-year-old prosecuting witness, Patrick Yevsukov.

Yevsukov is a former close friend and confessed bomb supplier to McKenzie-Gude, who is likewise in custody and awaiting sentencing for having pled guilty to making and possessing pipe bombs.

His statements to authorities have combined with evidence found in McKenzie-Gude’s home to build the prosecution’s case that McKenzie-Gude had plans to kill a classmate, Yevsukov’s mother and then Obama. That evidence includes more than 50 pounds of chemicals, several assault rifles, a document showing how to kill someone from 200 meters away, and a map with markings around the Presidential Camp David.

The defense will try to discredit Yevsukov based on inconsistencies in his statements, but Sandler says, “He’s a credible source and he has been a consistent participant, and reliable, for the past year and a half.”

For the rest of this breaking story, including the intriguing element of Yevsukov’s father, call Special Guests today to schedule an interview with someone who will be right in the thick of the sentencing hearing, Rene Sandler.
