VIRGINIA MAKES OBAMACARE STATE-MENT Votes to Make Government-Mandated Health Insurance Illegal (James Lansberry is in CST)
In the current Obama administration’s diehard push for bigger and bigger government, no issue is shaping up to be more of an egregious example of force-feeding such policy than the issue of healthcare.
In the rising spirit of states’ rights pushing back, however, the Virginia legislature—controlled by a Democrat majority, interestingly enough—voted this week to make it illegal for the government to force individuals into buying health insurance.
